01. Domestic substitution of automotive chips
Domestic substitution of automotive chips: A Leap from "usable" to "reliable" : The domestic production rate of automotive chips in China is less than 20%, and key areas are still highly dependent on imports. Relying on its fully self-developed technology chain and localized service capabilities, Silergy has launched a matrix of automotive-grade chip alternative solutions, covering core scenarios such as power systems, intelligent cockpits, and body control. - ASIL-D-level functional safety certification, meeting the highest standard of ISO 26262;
 
A fully localized testing and certification system throughout the entire process significantly shortens the vehicle entry cycle.

02. Upgrade of intelligent control driven by the autonomous kernel
The Silergy SA32D series MCU is based on the high-performance and highly reliable RISC-V core, featuring ultra-high computing performance and rich peripherals. It is mainly used in high-security edge computing and control scenarios such as BMU in power battery management systems, main drive motor control (Traction Inverter), chassis applications (ONE-BOX/ESC), area control (ZCU), and some ADAS applications. This series of products complies with the EC-Q100 standard and the functional safety ISO 26262 ASIL-D. Furthermore, compact and highly reliable code is generated for those automotive applications with the most stringent requirements for high performance and high security.
 
03. Redefine the accuracy and reliability of battery management
The Silergy BMS AFE chip SA63122 is the first 18-series automotive-grade BMS AFE in China to pass the ISO 26262 ASIL D-level product certification of China Automotive Technology and Research Center. It fills the domestic gap, strongly supports China's new energy vehicle industry, and accelerates the localization progress of automotive three-electricity chips. The Silergy SA63122, with its high withstand voltage, is capable of monitoring up to 18 series of cells under harsh working conditions. The post-welding measurement accuracy of 2mV provides a more precise estimation of battery life. The 300mA high-current intelligent balanced thermal management effectively extends the vehicle's driving range. Sleep over-voltage, under-voltage and over-temperature monitoring to effectively deal with the risk of thermal runaway during parking.
 
 
04. Break through the bottleneck of high-speed data transmission
The Serdes products of Silergy Automotive (serializer/deserializer) adopt the international open standard MIPI Alliance A-PHY protocol, covering various application scenarios such as ADAS and intelligent cockpits, and achieving reliable high-speed data transmission in complex automotive application environments.
